Chimborazo Lodge is located at 4000 meters of altitude, at the foot of the Chimborazo volcano, in the historic Totorillas Valley and just a few steps away from the Chimborazo Fauna Production Reserve.

We are surrounded by a very privileged natural environment where we have managed to preserve the fragile ecosystem of the páramo, with its beauty, its unique species of flora and fauna, and the endemic colibrí “Estrella del Chimborazo” that inhabit it.

The main cabin was built on the ancient base of a historic tambo dating from pre-Columbian times. In it it’s the dining room, a cozy reading and rest area around a warm fireplace; bar and kitchen.

We have 3 cabins with 4 very comfortable rooms in each, for our client’s lodging, which offer heaters and private bathrooms, and are decorated with photographs, paintings and original drawings of the fauna and flora of the environment, as well as ancient objects collected on trips and ascents around the world.
